SHIPPING

Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed before shipment.

All orders are shipped from Toronto, Canada.

For international orders, additional duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

We are required to declare the accurate value of all orders on customs documentation and cannot alter or reduce the declared value.

If a shipment is refused, the customer remains responsible for the original shipping cost along with any duties, taxes, or customs fees associated with the package. International shipments may also experience customs delays that are outside of our control.

Please make sure your shipping information is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. Shipping charges for returned packages are non-refundable.

Once a package has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
